Meet the Writer
As a seasoned storyteller, Diana Lasseter Drake has reported hundreds of articles for the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, NJBIZ, New Jersey Monthly, the New York Times (NJ Section), the Times of Trenton, and more. For years, she has managed freelance projects through her own business, Drake Ink. She developed expertise at Wharton for nearly two decades (part-time and full-time) in understanding the scope of business, the youth business education market, and the entrepreneurial mindset. She also hosted 60+ episodes of the Future of the Business World, a podcast featuring vibrant conversations with young innovators. Her work with Wharton’s investment competition and other projects brought her to India, China, the UAE, and the UK. She specializes in high-stakes business writing where clarity and judgment matter. Today, she applies her passion and skills to professional and creative writing and podcasting, well-reported journalism, and editing — always editing.

The Reenchantment Mission
A lifetime of beautiful experience — from big business to big magic — is expressed inside the Reenchantment Studio. After decades working in the clean lines and Asana tasks of corporate and academic life, Diana is renewing her sense of enchantment. Years in high-energy settings taught discipline, scale and precision. Now those skills are in service of something more expansive, led by Diana’s creativity. The vision is to dig into work that leverages her strengths, and to spend more time exploring imagination and inspiration through writing. It’s not a rebellion against structure and institutions, it’s a reclamation of the parts of herself that never quite fit there. ❤️
